Any pain relieving CBD massage oil MUST have a good carrier oil or carrier oil blend. In this case, we are using Jojoba Oil. Jojoba oil is one of the best carrier oils to use because of its similar composition to sebum and ability to limit the amount of sebum our skin produces. Sebum is what clogs your pores and leads to acne and other skin blemishes., so using a carrier oil that closely mimics skin has 2 major upsides. It balances oily skin and is absorbed easily by the skin without the greasiness reaching your blood stream much faster than many other carrier oils. When you want deep relief, you need a good carrier oil to facilitate this. Now for the essentials.
Pain-relieving essential oils do the hard work
Frankincense is known for its stress and pain relieving properties. Frankincense has a sweet woody aroma that eases the mind and has the ability to prevent the production of molecules that cause inflammation and pain, especially for arthritis and other inflammatory ailments. - A small mixing bowl
- 2oz+ size bottle if you plan to save some for later use.
- 1/4 Cup Jojoba Oil
- Frankincense CBD Essential Oil (3 drops)
- Lavender CBD Essential Oil (2 drops)
- Peppermint CBD Essential Oil (2 drops)
- Pour the Jojoba oil into the small bowl
- Add 3 drops Frankincense
- Add 2 drops Lavender
- Add 2 drops Peppermint
- Mix ingredients well
- Use and/or pour remaining amount into bottle for later use.
