- 1 10mL Roller Bottle New or Used and cleaned
- 1 4oz CBD Infused Carrier Oil or Blend Our 2000mg carrier oils are perfect to make 150mg EO rollers with your own Essential Oils!
- 1 Bottle Essential Oil or Blend of Oils Use nearly an essential oil or blend you can think of!
Uncap and remove roller ball from empty roll on bottle
Add 20 drops of your CBD essential oil or blend your own oils
Fill rest of bottle with CBD carrier oil
Replace roller ball and cap.
Shake well.
Enjoy! For best results rub the oil on your pressure points (temples, wrists, bottom of feet, behind neck and behind ears)
