Broad Essentials brand products

We offer a 60-day 100% money back guarantee all Broad Essentials brand products.  If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we will refund 100% of the product cost, shipping cost included.  Return shipping is free when required (For online purchases only).  To get the return shipping label, you must contact us by email or phone to get a Return Authorization number and return label.  In the event require the item to be shipped back for inspection, we do require the item to be shipped before any transaction fees can be returned to your original payment method.  Products purchased at any of our storefront locations can only be returned at the store where it was purchased.

Shipping and cancellations

Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days. We cannot cancel an order after the order has been shipped. If you need to cancel an order, please call us directly at (470) 344-8904. Emails are checked often but sometimes our shipping department is faster. To avoid any delays or issues, please call during business hours or leave a message with your order number after hours.  We will email you a confirmation of your cancellation and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 5-7 business days.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or order number.

RESTRICTIONS

Due to applicable laws, some states restrict the sale and delivery of CBD products.  See below.

Idaho: Products can only contain CBD isolate to be shipped to Idaho.

Iowa: Unfortunately, we cannot ship products to Iowa currently. (As of 7/27/2023)

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] or call us at (470) 344-8904 to get a Return Authorization number and return shipping label:

Shipping

Our products are typically shipped within 1-2 days using the following carriers: USPS, FedEx, and/or UPS.  For product returns, you must contact us by email or phone to get a return authorization number and return shipping label.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless item is defective or damaged. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund. We will email you a return shipping label when return is approved. For exchanges, replacement item will be shipped when return shipping confirmation is received. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Recurring Transactions (Save up to 30% when you choose to autoship)

We offer the ability to have your products or orders automatically shipped to your front door on a 30, 60 or 90 day basis with an average savings of 30% per order.  Not all products available for automatic shipping and discount rates will vary.

If you have signed up for our 30, 60 or 90 day automatic shipping method, you will receive an email 10 days prior to the set payment date reminding you that your order will be processed on the set date. To modify or cancel your subscription, log in to your account and navigate to the Orders tab. You can update, defer or cancel your monthly subscriptions here. Subscriptions must be cancelled at least 1 full day (24 hours) before the set payment date to avoid being automatically billed.
