You don’t need expensive bath bombs or salt soaks to add skin-nourishing, relaxing and body-relieving effects to your bath or spa. All the beneficial effects are readily available if you know the right combination of CBD essential oils to add to your bath.
First and foremost, we do not recommend adding essential oils directly to your bath water! While it may sound tempting, oils are not water soluble, so they cling to skin they touch. While this may not irritate your face or external skin, more sensitive areas are potentially open to long term exposure to the concentrates oils which can cause irritation. Besides, carrier oils add a bounty of benefits!

Lavender CBD Oil Bath Drops Recipe
Well, it may not exactly be a multiple ingredient recipe per se, but it is a recipe for success. Using 6-8 drops of pure hemp-infused lavender oil mixed with 1-2 teaspoons of a light carrier oil not only adds a pleasing floral fragrance, but infuses the water relaxing and relieving properties as well as skin balancing and nourishing effects. A light oil like fractionated coconut oil or MTC oil will avoid any greasiness and add even more skin nourishing effects.
Lavender CBD Bath Oil Recipe
Equipment
- 1 4+ Ounce Bottle
- 1 Measuring Cup
Materials
- 80-100 Drops Lavender CBD Essential Oil 1500mg Or any calming Broad Essentials Essential Oil or Blend.
- 4 Oz. Jojoba Oil, Grapeseed Oil or Sunflower Oil You can also combine any of these in any ratios.
Instructions
- Add the essential oils to the bottle.80-100 Drops Lavender CBD Essential Oil 1500mg
- Fill the bottle with 4 ounces of the carrier oil (or blend).4 Oz. Jojoba Oil, Grapeseed Oil or Sunflower Oil
- Put the cap on tightly and shake well.
- Add 1 ounce of the oil to a bath (125mg CBD) and soak for at least 20-30minutes for optimal effects.

Lavender and Frankincense CBD-infused Bath Oil Drops
This one has the additional benefits of Frankincense as well as lavender, both spectacular for your skin and body and good for clearing your mind as well. About 4 drops of lavender and 2 drops of Frankincense to 1-2 teaspoons of carrier oil will create deeply relaxing and spiritual experience.

Equipment
- 1 1/4 cup measuring cup (or equivalent sized cup)
- 1 Small utensil to mix oils (or finger)
Materials
- 2 Tbsp. Carrier Oil - Jojoba, Grapeseed or Sunflower Oil (or a combination of any of these.)
- 12 Drops Lavender CBD Essential Oil 1500mg We will be adding 60mg CBD in this step.
- 8 Drops Frankincense CBD Essential Oil 1500mg We will be adding 40mg CBD in this step.
Instructions
- Pour the 2 Tbsp. of your chosen light carrier oil into the empty measuring cup (or cup).2 Tbsp. Carrier Oil - Jojoba, Grapeseed or Sunflower Oil (or a combination of any of these.)
- Add the 12 drops of lavender CBD EO.12 Drops Lavender CBD Essential Oil 1500mg

- Mix well with the small utensil or finger.
- Pour into a warm or hot bath and mix using hands.

Which hemp Infused Essential Oil strength should I use?
Using our low strength lavender oil (97/3 with a 3% CBD ratio) would infuse about 1.5mg of CBD per drop making a 10 drop recipe equal to about 15mg of CBD per bath. Our high strength lavender oil (90/10 with a 10% CBD ratio) would infuse about 5 mg of CBD per drop of essential oil per bath, thus a 10 drop recipe would infuse about 50mg of CBD per bath.
